Guest Post: Essential Oils and PCOS

Amy has been my health coach for the past 2 years. She is the founder of and is helping to inspire and empower women with PCOS (Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome). I've known that I have PCOS since I was a teenager and finally took charge of my health in my 30's.
